How It Works

Our simple three step process will bring order to your parking.

1. Identify Violations

Our team conducts regular patrols to identify vehicles violating parking rules, such as unauthorized parking, unregistered guests, expired permits, or improper use of reserved spots.

2. Issue Parking Charge Notices

When a violation is identified, a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) is issued directly to the vehicle. This serves as a warning and a charge for the infraction, providing a deterrent to future violations.

3. Enforce Penalties

We manage the process from issuing PCNs to following up on payments, ensuring that penalties are enforced in compliance with local regulations. This allows you to focus on managing your property while we handle parking concerns.

Issuing Notices

We've partnered with Capture Parking Revenue Systems (CPRS) to leverage their compliance and parking notice services and bring this expertise to your parking venue. We place notices on vehicles windshields and the vehicles information is input into the CPRS system.

Accepting Payment

Online payments are done through Parking Notice Payment. The payment system will recognize the unique notice code on the issued parking notice and tie it to the proper payment amount and notice.
